For 2018, our free weekly exercise class has moved back to Wednesday, from 8-9:30 a.m. in Stephen Mark Hall. The class begins with a Luk Tung warmup, to help circulation in all six parts of the body. It is followed by Tai Chi — a relaxing, low impact, aerobic martial art. The gentle workout is designed to improve health, flexibility, balance and memory. The YMCA’s Tommy Amina is our volunteer instructor.
